              Job Description

              • Provide optimum Service Support for customers through phone, e-mail and personal visit.
              • Perform service activities according to company policies and safety standards.
              • Develop documentations for service related issues and resolutions.
              • Provide assistance and guidance to services staff.
              • Investigate and troubleshoot product service issues.
              • Manage all administrative operations including preparation of quotations, time sheets, expense sheets & provide formate/casual work.
              • Identify problems and record solutions for reference.
              • To make aware customer representative about the product usage and maintenance.
              • Stay updated industry standards and technical service knowledge.
              • Address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
              • Co-ordinate with various teams to fix product issues.
              • Inform management on product service issues as oberseved through interaction with clients.
              • To handle the spares inquiry and co-ordinate with the production department for preparation of spares.
              • To take care about timely dispatch of the spares material.
              • To co-ordination & execution of AMC services time to time.
              • Regenerate the existing client and inspire them to buy spares from OEM.
